Ingredients
- 12 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 21/4 cup granulated sugar
- 36 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 432 oz cream cheese, softened
- 51 cup granulated sugar
- 62 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 71 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8Fresh berries or fruit topping for garnish
Instructions
Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
Refrigerate the crust for at least 30 minutes to set.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until completely smooth and creamy.
Add the vanilla extract and mix until incorporated.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture in three additions, being careful not to deflate.
